How workspaces work
A workspace holds its demos, members, plan and usage in one place. Everyone in the workspace sees the same shared library, based on their role.
If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the dashboard sidebar to move between them.
Invite a teammate
- Open Team from the dashboard sidebar.
- Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
- Choose a role for the new members.
- Select Send invite. Invitations expire after 14 days.
Choose the right role
- Admin: manages members and billing, and can work with demos.
- Creator: creates, edits and publishes demos.
- Viewer: can look at demos but cannot build them.
Use the least access neededGive billing and member controls only to people who need to administer the workspace.
Understand usage
Open Usage & billing to see the current plan, monthly usage, live demo count and purchased usage.
- Builds and regenerations draw from the monthly allowance first.
- Monthly usage resets each billing month and does not roll over.
- Purchased usage does not expire.
- A build in progress may temporarily reserve usage; unused reservations return when it finishes.
Plans and live demos
Starter includes monthly build usage, up to three live demos and two users. Pro includes three times the monthly usage, up to ten live demos and unlimited users. You can also buy a usage pack when you need extra build capacity.
Choose Manage subscription from Usage & billing to change an active subscription.
