Before you begin
Have the URL of the product you want to show and a simple idea of the journey. A good brief describes one outcome, such as “show how a customer creates a project and invites a teammate.”
Create the draft
- Open New demo.
From your dashboard, choose New demo. - Add the website.
Paste the public website URL. Add a sentence or two in “What should it show?” to guide the draft. - Find screens.
Choose Find screens. UserDemos collects useful images and product views from the public pages it can reach. - Build the storyboard.
Select up to eight screens and arrange them in the order the story should follow. - Generate.
Choose Build from these. The completed draft appears in your library.
Review your result
Open the draft from Your demos and play it from beginning to end. Check that the screen order is logical, the important action stays visible and the pacing feels natural.
If the story needs work, you can add targeted edits or regenerate it with a different storyboard. Nothing is public until you choose Publish.
What to do next
Fine-tune the result in the editor, then publish it to get a live link and embed code. If your product sits behind a login, capture its screens with the secure browser instead of starting from public pages.
